Yoga means "union." Yoga sustains health and balance by uniting body, mind and spirit. The poses ("asanas"), beyond increasing flexibility, concentration and balance, serve as vehicles for self awareness.
I have studied yoga for eighteen years and received certification for national teacher status with the Yoga Alliance. I love teaching intimate one-on-one sessions focusing on proper alignment, with customized sequences that link movement with breathing.
In addition to Yoga, I love meeting new people, traveling to the far reaches of the world and creating art using Yoga and nature as inspirations.
