Barbara is a certified Nia black belt teacher. She has been teaching since 1997. Barb’s classes are steeped in the fun of Nia. She would prefer her students stay in the pleasure zone rather than perform the steps perfectly. Barb believes that the joy from Nia comes when physical pleasure is sustained during movement.
